ReJuvU Beauty Haven collects the name, email address, phone number, consent choices, entry time and offer result submitted through this promotion. We use this information to administer the promotion, enforce entry limits, verify and fulfill offers, provide requested reminders and maintain promotion records.
We do not use this entry as general marketing consent. Information may be processed by service providers that host the promotion or complete a booking or purchase. To request access, correction or deletion, contact bree@rejuvuspa.com or call 801-525-8348.
Promotion runs October 1 through October 31, 2026, Mountain Time, or until all 250 bobs have been claimed. Open to Utah residents age 18 or older. Limit one bob per person, email address and phone number. No purchase is necessary to participate. Offers are subject to their displayed redemption requirements, availability and exclusions. Membership pricing is excluded, discounts cannot be stacked, and Allé rewards cannot be redeemed toward an offer, although eligible treatment points may still be earned.
Purchase-based offers must be purchased within 48 hours of the bob. Winners of the 50-unit Botox offer or Botox-for-one-year grand prize must call or text 801-525-8348 within 48 hours. If ReJuvU is closed, a call or text sent within that period preserves the claim until staff returns.
